JAMGatcha was born in the Metaverse, a digital world that existed far away from Earth. Her parents, Neo and Trinity, were two of the most daring warriors in the Metaverse. They had saved countless souls from certain destruction and inspired legions of followers all around the world. 
But JAMGatcha never got to meet either of her brave parents; when she was just an infant they had been taken away by an evil force called Agent Smith and their whereabouts were still unknown. For years JAMGatcha lived alone in the Metaverse until one fateful day when she found herself suddenly transported to Earth — a place completely foreign to her! She quickly realized how confused and overwhelmed she felt as she stumbled through this strange new land with no idea where to go or what to do next.
